Our corporate finance specialists guide you through every stage of a transaction—from shaping a funding proposal to negotiating terms and completing due diligence. We assess cash-flow forecasts, valuation assumptions and risk factors to secure an optimal structure that protects long-term shareholder value. By combining deep analytical rigour with practical deal experience, we shorten timescales, minimise disruption to day-to-day operations and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that enable you to approach lenders or investors with confidence.

Our due diligence reviews combine forensic accounting techniques with commercial analysis. We examine historic trading, working-capital movements, contractual obligations, tax exposures, management reporting and forecast assumptions. The outcome is a concise report highlighting red-flag issues, upside opportunities and the financial resources required post-completion. This independent assessment supports acquirers, investors and lenders in making informed decisions and negotiating price adjustments or warranties before a deal is signed.

Yes. When a defined benefit scheme faces a deficit, trustees must balance member security with the employer’s growth plans. We provide impartial, data-driven evaluations of covenant strength, projected cash-flows and recovery proposals. Our reports translate complex financial information into clear options, enabling trustees to engage constructively with sponsoring employers and the Pensions Regulator while fulfilling their fiduciary duties responsibly and effectively.

When a lender needs an objective view of a borrower’s position, our specialist team conducts independent business reviews that assess liquidity, asset security, profitability trends and future cash requirements. We liaise sensitively with management to gain access to reliable information, then deliver a balanced report that highlights risks, turnaround options and the likely impact on covenant compliance. This clarity equips banks to make timely decisions on funding, restructuring or recovery strategies.
